recommend anyone that ordered a spiral staircase frequently check the status once shipped via a phone call, because they wont update you if they are behind schedule on your shipment delivery.They could do a better job of packaging the stairs, it came in a very large box and the box was completely smashed, luckily there wasn't any damage to the stairs. The order process was a good experience and the sales person was helpful and responsive to all our questions.The freight company that they contract through wasn't very good at communicating that they were behind schedule.
